I worked in London for over 30 years until 2012. I drove there almost every day. I loved it. Now I hate it with a passion. Absolute chaos. The worse traffic congestion I've ever seen. Pointless traffic and speed restrictions designed to generate income. Woke propaganda at every turn. No Londoners. But worse of all, a duplicitous dictator at the head.

I've got no sympathry for Londoners they had a chance a couple of months ago to vote Khan out. There were 6 million registered to vote in the London Mayor elections & Khan only got 1 million votes so that means that if everyone voted they could have removed Khan.

I remember walking to school with my mother in the early 1950s in Bolton, I had a very long school scarf wrapped around my head and covering my mouth. The air was a greeny yellow colour and smelt dreadful. One could not see more than 5 feet in front of oneself. In order to navigate one looked for the edge of the kerb. These incidents happened often. There is NOTHING at all wrong with the air we breathe today, it is vastly improved today and no more tweaking at the edges is going to make a jot of difference. Khan is just exploiting the motorists to make more money to waste. The ULEZ scheme is just one big CON.

Born in London but now for me it’s a no go zone I saw it change from about 40 years ago but we have hope look at yesterday the British people are starting to wake up because enough is enough

I have just come back up North after spending two and a half months living in Hayes, Middlesex, looking after 2 very elderly relatives, I can honestly say I didn't feel safe even just going shopping at the supermarket, I have moved my relatives out as at the age the are 94 and 97, I didn't feel it was safe for them to live there anymore, which is quite sad as they have lived in their house for 30 plus years, London has fallen !

TfLs inclusion process has led to unemployable people being given jobs that they are incapable of doing. They are never sacked, but other capable people have to work twice as hard to get the jobs done. Consequently, TfL have twice the number of staff that they actually need.

Khan is not untouchable, if the correct methods and tools are applied to the problem.

Much of South London looks like Mogadishu now - I never go there anymore purely because of how disgusting it is now.
