No, there was only a verbal, never a signed. Huge oversight. A signed waiver would have been right, but it could have been revoked at any time, but actually, both sides of the bench had this huge oversight, it was the defenses responsibility however I’m surprised the State didn’t ensure they had this signed doc in their files, especially since Charlie was on their witness list. Colossal blunder on both sides.

No way Charlie will flip unless his appeal gets thrown out thee window, and there’s a possibility of a shorter sentence for him than life. He is his 4O’s s so he may come to realize a 20 year sentence would be better than life for him.
