It seems most public employees feel like they are above everyday people, and the lady who refuses to make a copy and receive the FOIA should be turned in for refusal a STATE MANDATED SERVICE.
She can’t use the copier for her own personal use but the way she was wrong about everything. She doesn’t know how to do her job. So much waste of taxpayers money when they are not trained in basic office procedures.

Maybe they know the difference between a traditional public forum and a non-public forum. Maybe their training is crafted by a city attorney, not by a Google search.
My blood boils every time I see this happening. How unfortunate that people working with the public in that setting haven't got a clue. Call the emergency services for a mobile phone user and schools have people shooting children. How utterly stupid.

And helps us see our rights not being infringed or trampled on. What are you doing with your life that makes you such a great person to judge? What I have learned in my 30yrs, as a public sector employee, most of them do not want to be responsible for anything that will cause them to do more!! Than absolutely nessasary and to avoid responsiblty for the citizens question or request
