"GET UP THERE"
AMRAP in 14 minutes
4 Bar Muscle-Ups
6 Power Cleans (105/75 lb)
8 Alternating Dumbbell Snatches (50/35 lb)
12 Jumping Lunges (Left+Right=1)
Post-WOD Notes:
“Bar MU practice is great to get in. I'm feeling more confident and went unbroken.
Took all the other movements slow and steady.
Jumping Lunges always kill me but I love the feeling of sore glutes!”

@@yasminkafafi510 This is a 14 minute "AMRAP" workout. "AMRAP" means "as many rounds (and repetitions) as possible". So, yes, you perform the whole cycle as many times as possible in 14 minutes. Your score is the total number of Rounds and Repetitions completed. In this video Lisa completed 6 total rounds + 11 extra repetitions before the 14-minute clock stopped. So we record her score as "6+11". Try it out!
