this would be my modern dream home-tech for sure! I´m impressed how prices are so different in countries/cities. I live in Hamburg/Germany and my 64m2 flat is 100k more expensive than this huge beautiful modern house which is crazy!

They purchased the house in the pre-construction stage and in the year or so while it was being built their circumstances changed. But they could sell until it was done.
