Unreal the amount of thought these builders are putting into every new model. The deal with that is when Nick tells us that we will be surprised by what he shows us, I find myself tell the screen, "yeah, sure Nick, you say that on nearly every other boat". But, Nick never fails to impress me with his continued success in that proclamation. He has yet to be wrong from my estimation. This is why he is the number one yacht youtube content creator.

Finally. A design with less bedrooms, that makes so much more sense than 4 cramped rooms with 4 bathrooms in a boat probably only use for a family of 4. THIS is what i would choose. Thanks Nick!

That is such a remarkably sensible layout it really is quite incredible that it's taken this long to come up with! In terms of 'real world' usability I could see that being a very alluring proposition, as pointed out by others, as a 'live aboard' it makes a 75' boat look capacious even without the benefit of a fly bridge!

It is a very unusual layout....probably for a reason. Two thoughts - without a flybridge, forward vision (underway) would be severely compromised if the foredeck is full of sunworshippers milling around. And the layout seems bizarre with the dining table upstairs and the galley below....surely the coffee table should be deck level and the dining table below near the galley?!

Nice refreshing layout, how I imagine real wealthy people would want, luxury without the compromise. instead of cramming as many cabins into the space as possible like someone trying to squeeze every last bit of bang for their bucks. However, I still don't like that overflow/crew cabin, it reminds me of a vietcong tunnel entrance and would be unused 90% of the cases. Why even bother with it, just add the space to the rest of the main areas to make it even better.

Funnily enough I was thinking EXACTLY along these lines layout wise during your Princess series. If I ever get into the position of speccing a 75-80ft from scratch, I would ask for this. Why would me and the wife need 8 beds when we are 90% of the time just the two of us? Living/social area beats sleeping area 7 days a week in my book. Sure, the kids might come and visit a few days per season, but that can be solved then. Brilliant, and I fully understand your enthusiasm (since I hade the idea my self, and being totally puzzled why it’s not been done. Until now)

The country kitchen idea appeals to me, though it seems rare in contemporary designs. I'm not sure about having the galley downstairs though, purely from my own clumsiness perspective. The shorter distance I have to carry plates of food... Maybe a bar and tv opposite the seating below would work better, with a more substantial foldaway table. It is a very nicely appointed boat and all the better for not a being a slave to convention.

Not sure kids would be happy on their own right at the front, teenagers maybe but not youngsters. I do love space but its still a little small, also like a flybridge. I think it might take off but for 5m Euro, I can think of many better options. Great tour though Nick.

Or put a screen where people move, and might kick it, or do a knee kick on them while walking? There's something weird in this boat. As it was created by an AI. The owner's cabin don't have a walking wardrobe in 75 feet yacht? The VIP cabin is... hum... What happened?!?

Why hasn't this been done before? It's like anything: Someone has to be first at some point. It's like an interior designer saw the light and thought what you thought, Nick; "Why always draw up many cabins when you can do so much with the space?" And so yachts continue to evolve and become less and less standard. Beautiful to see! You'll only have that £5,000,000 to spend? I wouldn't know which yacht I would choose. 😉

30+ years ago, I had a converted ex-naval 70 foot patrol boat. Wheelhouse and main deck cabin and everything else below. 2 large comfortable en suite cabins, one for'ard and owner's aft, with lounge/galley accommodation amidships. Very old school of course, but made for a very comfortable boat. This Pardo seems to have brought back the concept of a traditional gentleman's motor yacht and improved it very nicely indeed. It's no wonder to me that you were so enthralled. I certainly was. An excellent yacht, beautifully presented and a superb tour. Well discovered Nick.

Now *that* is nice! A 2-bedroom penthouse apartment with rooftop courtyards - all on the water. Proper laundry, great kitchen with a big domestic fridge. Way expensive to operate those engines. But I guess that cost isn't a concern for someone who can afford this. Let's see this sort of configuration in an affordable boat!

Pretty cool how they give you options on a production boat. Most of the time the layout isn't this flexible, its take it or leave it. Personally I'm not a fan, for a 75 footer that main deck wasn't very big. I'd be boating in the bahamas/s florida, I don't want to be hanging out below deck with slits for windows when there are EPIC views upstairs.

Beautiful! I love the layout! Having a spare cabin cuts down on he hangers on that you probably don’t want staying over, anyway. I’d take it as-is, though I’d be happy with two engines and extra fuel; top speed isn’t that big an issue for me as with something this comfortable I’d want endurance.

Exciting layout. I’ve been looking for something like this. So many large boats waste lots of useful space on cabins that don’t ever get slept in. Just because you can fit 12 people on a yacht doesn’t mean they are all going to be sleeping on it. Beautiful fixtures as well. Suprised you didn’t suggest that the owners daughter sleeps in the VIP and her boyfriend in the overflow. To nitpick: you’ve got to stop calling surround speakers stereo speakers. They mean two different things

I agree this is the perfect owner/operator yacht for a mature couple. Only thing I would change is to swap the upper salon dining table with the lower salon coffee table… If I was eating inside I’d prefer to just eat down next to the galley and if I was going to carry the food upstairs then I’d plan to eat outside, because think about it, if the weather isn’t nice enough to eat outside then what view are you missing by eating on the lower deck? Also, with as large as the seating is around the lower salon along with the full day head, if you have smaller grandkids they can just sleep there. I’ve always thought filling up 3-4 cabins on an owner/operator boat just creates extra work for the owner looking after so many guests that it would probably take the fun out of the excursion and make it to much like work, plus whenever I’ve been boating with a bunch of people the guest start to cluster in other areas of the boat and your left at the helm by yourself and can start to feel left out on your own boat! The guests aren’t intentionally being rude, it just gets boring at the helm if your not the one piloting, so they start to wander off… Only two couples would definitely keep it more intimate on longer trips, with the size to load up the boat with a lot of friends for shorter day trips if you want too…

Well, while I like the lower galley and social area - surely the ultimate hang out area of any leisure yacht is the aft cockpit or the fly bridge especially on a 5 million euro boat - Yes you will have to sacrifice top end speed but for me if you are cruising the gulf of Thailand or the Med or even the Caribbean for that matter, why would you want to do that at 35 knots ? - Maybe am just old fashioned but I reckon you could have an ideal leisure yacht of similar size with a fly bridge for half that cost ? 🤔

I’ve always thought if I won the lottery I would spec a boat like this. However this seems like the perfect boat to sell in 2021. But, now it feels a little late. Now that people are feeling less confident in the economy. People will still choose more cabins for resale value and better charter capability. Even if they’ll never charter their boat so many people like the idea that they could to offset costs. This seems like a better option for a quarters deal like a vacation home in the med everybody gets a month. 😊

Thanks for showing this one Nick although I am not a fan I do not like that overflow cabin at all useless and dangerous probably would make a good storage locker, other than that I like to lay out for a nice live aboard

Love Pardo boats and this down galley version but do wonder how long it would be before the louvres in the salon leak in a downpour…

I think there's a glass panel under them.

The galley below is novel but main deck galleys are so much easier when you are eating on the main deck or after cockpit.

I get what you’re saying Nick. Well off folks but big cars they don’t need to be that big but they like it. Nice boat.

I agree with you Nick. That is a fantastic entertaining space. Not as obsessed as you, but a little. 🤣😂

This is a GEM. Two engines would probably be enough.

The galley and living area below deck is brilliant! I absolutely love this layout.
