Very nice Villa. I am not sure why the builders think that Kitchen should be any smaller than a bedroom unless they expect that people who buy these houses generally don't cook in the house other than small meals/snacks. Also. I would agree with others that if one is trying to sell a 7.5 CR Villa they should use a nicer camera on a gimbal. Maybe slow down down while moving through the house and don't move the camera up and down so much.
I like the layout , but that wood work is overwhelming and OTT... This could look really sophisticated, but needs a huge restraint on materials used . Saying that they have built in character using stone work which should be the highlight but gets subdued with all that wood work and glass work in corridors . If i was to take this i would want this as a shell with only the stonework in it .

Parking ? Is there enough space for 6 cars (2 seven seater, 3 five seater and a 9 seater), 2 bikes ,2 scooties, a electric scooter and 4 cycles and also enough space for 4 dogs???

No its pre owned and paid for advertisement so best options is buy a rented one or buy one and have walls and others built but u don't get furniture or deco

Hehe.tum middle class ki yahi problem hai 100 yards area hoga to 110 yards me ghar bnaoge,balcony ,chajje bhar nikaal k,madam flat,aur bungalow villa me difference hota hai,samjhe, villa me covered area bhut kum use krte hai aapki trah nahi ki 3 yards waha se cover kr lo 5 yards waha se ek bathroom ban jayega ab to😂😂😂😂😂
