I can see AC units at terrace, means utilisation of energy... When one is paying such a handsome amount and not investing in generation of energy it is waste... Please have solar panels, water harvest and make sustainable home as much as possible to use natural energy and can reduce the burden... Be smart while investing and making... Many people think for it and wish to do but can't due to financial issues... But you can pls go for it.... Go green....
@@S500- i am talking about solar panels for electric consumption... grow your own veggies so that you get your organic and health raw food at your own home, and have water harvest plant suitable to your house, which saves rain water and cleans the same for your use.

As a civil engineer I can assure you that this house should cost roughly around 4.5-5 Crores if premium finishing used and 3.5-4 crores with basic finishing. 10 crores is too much but I think since it's a Posh society they've inflated the cost way too much.
I believe nowadays even a 1000 sq.ft apartment with carpet area 600sqft costs more than 50 lakh. Assuming that, I believe the house is cheaper compared to the luxuries, finishing, size, location and your own land.

Suggestion: try to keep camera at eye level, and don't vary the camera height too much / too quickly. In case you have to shoot a different perspective, shoot a B-roll, and edit that in with a simple transition.
True. My uncle bought the same- Presidential Villa in Sobha International City for 8 Crores. Now they have done complete interior designing, replaced the elavator with a glass lift and grown beautiful planters and flowers in the Lawn and terrace. It really looks very lavish now and is worth the cost. Sobha International City's ambience, club and location is great too.
If the space and design had been more refined it would have been 10 crores. But the design seems simple and there is way too much space not utilized properly. Also there should have been kitchen in each floor may be one master kitchen and other mini kitchen. Also there is no fire alarm system and fire exit for this Villa.
They ain't fooling them, this Villa is worth the price considering 500 sq yard, Sobha International city's ambience and location in Gurgaon. My uncle purchased this same- Presedential Villa in a deal of 8 Crores. They have interior designed the spaced and terrace and it looks like a heaven.

Yes, there's alot of space in the garden and courtyard! You can try decorating it with Designer planters from Luxaire Luxury Fans. I did that for my own garden!
I like the design and floor level provided in the villa design is impressive but too be honest price is too high under 10cr u can buy a farm house in delhi Chattarpur and renovate it as per your need and u good to go. And I didn't understand one thing on ground floor which is more likely to be on safe side there are no grills for protection only glass

External doors without additional safety doors opening from outside and windows without any safety grills can never be safe in Delhi and NCR region. The developer should have given preference on safety rather than running in a competition with international standards. So, can not be recommended.
