Fitting queen beds and saying the rooms are spacious is an utter joke. 1.9 cr don't come easy. 30% area is loading area, which builders sell within the cost and say it's a huge apartment. Another point to note, the interior won't come as complementary. For this level of interior shake your pocket for another 30 - 40 lacs or maybe more, so please don't say very nicely done rooms. Total misinformation.
