I remember going to Japan to begin my shakuhachi study. My teacher played watazumi-do for me after my first lesson. I didnt like it at all. He laughed at me and said ( And i $hit you not... ) "Once you have completed your studies, you will come back to this music.... and you will eat those words." He was right, because I would like to go back in time and slap myself. Watazumi-do was not only a master, but also a genius. On another level and underappreciated in his time. Thank you for sharing this music, Ben!
Ben. Another thank you!! I’ve been recently listening to all your Watazumi recordings. They’re ideal for my morning meditation walks! He touches the sublime!
Did You Know...Philips had factories dedicated to radio parts for the Nazi regime in WW2 and the Brits bombed it into rubble. Philips pioneered audio recording systems that touched my life.
Watazumi lastima que sea una grabación me gustaría escucharte en vivo y directo cuando esté sumergido en lo más divino y miserable de mi ser bendiciones
