Seems like one of the most remarkable differences between BD and 4k, especially those space scenes. In many cases, it looks like the Blu-ray had a completely messed-up color-grading, as well. Ice looking blue instead of white; the diner looking green instead of gray, etc.

Just beautiful transfer but beyond the resolution the HDR comes into its own in the same way. Warner did a great job!!!

Definetly a great transfer. Colors and resolution are terrific. The theatrical cut is also great, however I noticed a bit of DNR applied here and there.

Slightly mixed bag (some scenes are a bit dark, some color grading looks a bit different in HDR), but overall? WOW!

Nice, will be picking up this set this week. Cheers. *Wish they would have fixed the space shots of Earth, inconsistent. One shot has the actual Earth and moon, then we switch to matte paintings of Earth that is an ocean world.

I love Superman 2 but the truth is we need a proper 3rd version. They made a huge mistake with the Donner cut because the goal was to deliver a film with as much Donner footage as possible rather than making the best Superman 2 possible Fan edits are essential when watching S2.

My copy of the 4k release is not that dark, it is a lighter than what’s shown on video.

In part, you are right in your astonishment. However, don't forget that there is also the calibration of your TV which is taken into account and therefore what you see on RU-vid is not 100% identical to what you can see from your Blu-ray source.

Gran detalle en todos los objetos inanimados, pero muchas de los rostros en estas escenas parecen de figuras de cera, demasido DNR, les quitaron todas las texturas a las caras.
