Heroic Conclave of Wind isn't the huge, seemingly insurmountable difficulty increase that other fights like Halfus or Chimaeron are. Instead, you get a slight HP increase to each boss, a very large increase in the strength of Anshal's adds, and a few new abilities for Rohash; he puts up an absorb shield, and getting knocked off his platform is now always fatal. In addition, Anshal appears to heal to full every time he casts Zeyphyr, meaning the last phase of the fight will be a bloodlust zerg on Anshal from 100 to 0%.
For the adds, grouping them up and AOEing is simply no longer an option. In normal mode, it was nasty but healable. Here, the adds must be CCd, focus fired, and separated before they start exploding .One person can hold on to, or kite, one add at a time and survive their spore aoe. Ring of Frost worked extremely well here. As you saw in our normal mode video, Hungering Cold is another excellent choice.
