Great write up. I felt the same way about it after trying it again at the shop, I sold it after not clicking with it to save some space and get a second vermona module to poly chain. In hindsight I’m feeling pretty similar to your write up about the trigon, I probably didn’t give it enough time. Maybe I’ll get one again one day. (Not that I regret buying the vermonas, those things sound wonderful even if they're pretty simple.)
More sequential…prolific. You make interesting and fun patches on everything. If someone actually went out and bought every synth you’ve worked with, they would probably be a lottery winner or a big trust fund baby. Lol. Keep getting your hands on every synth known to exist! It’s cool, even if most of them pass thru your hands quickly.
Similar yet noticeably different. Yes, the Pro 3 can sound very aggressive but the Trigon 6 sounds more fizzy and grungy by default, even without distortion and mod matrix stuff.
