材料 Ingredients (5人份量 5 person portion)
新鮮鮑魚仔10隻 10 Fresh abalone
蒜蓉30克 30g chopped garlic
豆豉20克 20g fermented black bean
芫荽蔥適量 chopped scallions and solentro
炸好蒜蓉50克 50g fried chopped garlic
辣椒仔兩隻切粒 2 chopped chilli
兩片浸軟陳皮切幼絲 2 slices of tangerine peel
紹興酒兩茶匙 2tsp Shaoxing wine
蠔油一湯匙 1tbsp oyster sauce
胡椒粉¼茶匙 1/4tsp ground pepper
糖一茶匙 1tsp sugar
生抽兩茶匙 2tsp soy sauce
麻油兩茶匙 2tsp sesame oil
