想問下平時啲人講七斤蘿蔔一斤粉,一斤粉係600克,我見張媽媽你用600克嘅粘米粉,但係蘿蔔就1140克,即係蘿蔔只有兩斤? 咁樣嘅比例會唔會太多粉而太少蘿蔔? 唔好意思我係初學者,所以我有咁嘅疑問。😅

你好👋其實是粘米粉和水的比例準確,便可以做出柔軟香滑的蘿蔔糕,祇要依照我的比例做,一定好食的,因為在外國買蘿蔔會較香港貴,我做蘿蔔糕祇用2斤至3斤便足夠了'既經濟又實惠,試試吖!謝謝支持👍😊
