For me, this worked noticeably just three days in. I started this more than two weeks ago and I can put my hair in a ponytail more comfortably now. I read that gluten hurts the intestinal walls and messes up absorption, probably causes nutritional deficiencies and fermentation in the intestines. I am cautious with jumping to personal conclusions but it seems like gelatin and /or collagen in any liquid is helping me with healing intestinal damage caused by eating so much gluten and sugar for so many years. I want my hair back. what do you think?

Eve Hudson I do think it would help women, although women usually have other reasons for hair loss, as it's not so much genetic or testosterone based. I think it can be hormonally based, or from stress, or bacteria, or some scalp ailment, so I would suggest finding out the reason for the hair loss and then treating the cause and not the symptoms.

First i want to say is thank you. I have Crohns disease. What I have found is that I adversely react to stress in a number of ways, alopecia was one of them. I had such thick hair.
