Perhaps there is a window in the bathroom because it was not originally the bathroom. House has fireplaces in the livingroom and master bedroom, it's old enough to predate our idea of a bathroom. Maybe had a toilet on the main floor or in the basement. Or an outhouse. It's a shame this house has become what it is, must have been beautiful originally. It's so interesting watching these videos and looking past the awful upgrades and picturing what was before.
