If you can simultaneously love and hate a scent, then this is the one. I can't do without it but it screams at me. Meretricious and lacking in subtlety, utterly sublime to sleep in but persistent and rude.

I make a New York Style Coffee Cheesecake and this opening reminds me exactly of that. So unfortunately for me, I couldn't separate that from my coffee cheesecake memory. I wasn't that much of a fan of that because i wanted to smell roasted coffee, not coffee cheesecake. Now if I wanted coffee cheesecake this would be a MUST BUY.

I have a decant on the way but this is sounding good. I like intense cafe but it does lean slightly feminine. If I can have something that has a similar dna but leans a little masculine I would probably pull the trigger. Now for me I like coffee but I’m not obsessed with the note, for me it was all about the original DNA and making it more male. If I wanted a strict coffee forward based fragrance I’m sure there are better niche houses and colognes to fit that itch.

wish they could make a coffee fragrance that stays linear from the opening till the drydowm. I guess it's hard to make a coffee base note

Been looking forward to this. Thanks for this mark! Was disappointed with the original in terms of the coffee note. The cameo appearance doesn’t do justice to the name “intense cafe”. However, the scent was great for me personally as I don’t have anything that combines rose and coffee.

As an addendum to my facetious remark, another great vid Mark. I also got a sample of this one and it didn't do quite as well on my skin as the original. That one was also rather heavy on the rose but I at least I got a good year out of it before getting bored and moving on. Par for the course?

Well I dont have 1 coffee scent in my collection so I been looking st this at this one I cant find a sample so might have to blind buy it and hope i like it
