Paint them yourself it have a paint party with the kids and start by painting over the words. You can even get tight corners by outlining a square with masking tape and then filling it in with paint

Try using paint remover or nail polish remover to get rid of the letters on the cup. Wash them and then paint their names on them or something?

I promise the last thing the social worker is gonna be worried about is something written on a cup… I doubt they will even pay attention to what a cup says…. Glad the parent cares so much but as long as they are well taken care of and loved these people have nothing to worry about…. Now if there was booze in the cups thatd be a different story

Nah man just personalize the cups use stickers or dark permanent marker to write their name or something they enjoy for instance the i want brew cup put a big soccer ball or basketball or shark or spiderman(whatever that kid likes) sticker over the word brew then seal it. They make dishwasher safe modpodge, I didn't really like it but found this yellow tube of the original super glue fix all adhesive that works great as a sealant when the mod podge didn't work for curvy waterbottles I made for my nieces and nephews because of how it sat in some place and dripped in others. The fix all is going strong still 2 years later

Might have to try to go get other cups put rhem in fancy packaging, make it look luxurious, come up with a expensive sounding price and say you bought them even better cups that have all of there favorite interests on them as decoration or somthin, if there like age 5, they’lll beleive that(probably anyway)

Just modify the cups with a bit of DIY work

Go to the party section of a Walmart and let them pick up a plastic cup with their favorite character on it dollar tree has them too Or take a sharpie and wright their names over the words

Just explain to the social worker that you bought the cups so the kids feel they have ownership over something in the house so they also practice responsibility but you didn't read what the cups said. Like I doubt the social worker is going to think you are giving the kids a 6 pack and carton of smokes each. Freaking out just makes it seem like you did something bad and have something to hide.

The social worker is not going to care about if the cups say anything on them about alcohol just don't serve your children alcohol and you'll be all right your kids could literally hav Corona cups and it would be fine
