hi! In today's video, I show you my current morning routine to set myself up for a good day. It's filled with mindful habits such as yoga, meditation, affirmations, manifestation, etc. It definitely is very personalized to my lifestyle, but I hope you enjoy it nonetheless!

to whoever was asking why she eats in her room: I never eat in the dining room/kitchen anymore because I think I'm at the age where I'm almost ready to move out. I'm in my last semester of college, found my first post-grad job and I treat my room like a mini apartment haha. totally get the eating alone thing lol

The vision board can be a really good idea, I have one hanging right next to my bed. It’s a good way to remind yourself each day what you’re working towards and what your goals are, especially when in the middle of stressful times like the Pandemic.

the beginning of ur routine reminded of how every morning, on my way to a clinic for NA practices, I'd turn back to watch the sunrise. SO BEAUTIFUL and some days it'd change the colour. Watching them in the middle of the winter was literally the highlight of my day no matter how I was feeling. So yeah, I truly recommend it if you're a sunset/sunrise lover

hey Reese, really appreciate your content and the way you show how to live for the small moments, something I‘m trying to get better at myself. I have a similar morning routine and one thing I‘d suggest you try is journaling/ planning from your bed, instead of going on social media. Taking a big blanket to the desk has also worked for me and helped me cut down on my screen time/ social media time in the morning while still leaving me some comfort 🧡

Barista tip for your coffee- steam your milk in a measuring cup, pour the espresso into your mug first, and then pour the milk in after for a better pour. But you’ll also figure out those measurements!

Thank you so much for the video, truly inspired me to try this out tomorrow morning, I have my first job interview and I am NERVOUS! I’ll definitely try to mediate and manifest. I love all of this! Except for all the phone time, especially first thing in the morning. I have a goal of not using or looking at my phone for the first hour of the day. That way I get to set intentions and decide my mood for the start of my day versus it being decided, impacted or influenced by social media.
