As someone who reads a lot. One helpful advice for reading more books is audiobooks! If you have a library card you can sign up for libby without paying for books. I also believe you could read 50 books before the year ends!

u could always try high energy morning routines, mid energy, and low energy! that way you still feel somewhat productive even if you don't do everything you'd do on a high energy morning

I’ve been feeling the same way with wanting to read and be more creative with painting or water coloring but don’t have a real end goal to look towards so starting is seeming more intimidating then I want it to be. I think creating an vision board will be a good start:)

Not to be that person but it’s pronounced as ALL-DEE just so you don’t get drug for saying it wrong in every video. I live in wilksbare pa I can’t wait to move out bc of a lot of personal issues and it will overall help me find myself I’m just struggling saving money. hey :) i wanna take a sec to come back to the comment section of this video after watching it last night cause it helped me so much ! i had spent a day completely consumed by my anxiety and it was so hard for me to get out of bed and do something else than just cry. and after spending the time that i needed feeling it all and letting it out, this video helped me so much. and it motivated me to get out of bed, journal, meditate and read. i am now taking today slow and doing all things i can to keep me healthy mentally. thanks for the motivation

I suggest that you should put rice noodle (bún) in your spring rolls 🌾🍜 in Vietnam, we always have rice noodle (bún - not phở) in any kinds of spring rolls 😍 We eat them with (vegan) fish sauce. however, I can't stand fish sauce, so I use soybean sauce instead ❤️

Hear me out: get a tattoo where your bruise is. Kinda random but a lil tattoo peaking out from where your shorts end is cute lol. Also it might make you like wearing shorts when it’s hot out:) I live in Arizona where it’s still hitting 110 daily and I have to be outside a lot walking to my classes and stuff and I hated wearing tank tops but I recently got a moon tattoo on my shoulder blade and love wearing tanks to show it off now lol

Aldi has these roasted red pepper hummus individually packaged for single serve and they’re soooo good. They’re usually by the guacamole! They come in a 6 pack I usually eat them with their Parmesan and garlic pita chips or those pretzels
