You are doing great service to music and also to these legends. I personally know how much effort it takes to translate and make the video. Keep up your good work and may Allah bless you always.
Keep making such videos brother! Our next generation needs to know all these facts and real life tales! There is no medium as good as qawwali to express our devotion and love towards our religion islam and our culture . Jazakallah Khair. You will definitely receive sawaab e jaariyah whenever anyone goes through this! Been a subscriber since quite long now, writing for the first time.
Wow...i got a surge of motivation just reading your comment Areeb. Thank you for such kind words. I intend to get back making more videos with better explanations soon enough. Currently writing a Biography on my Sheikh. Once done, will get back to Qawwali vids. Tysm for all the support.
Brother, your work is vastly appreciated by us all, it takes a lot of effort and time, and of course you must be very knowledgable too, to articulate the translations in the way that you have. Allah keep you on the straight and narrow.
Jazakallah for this translation ❤️ it is a different feeling when you understand the meaning behind the words and the love and devotion to Rasoolullah PBUH. May Allah give you success in this world and the hereafter ameen One question - - what does the verse beginning with "aap hi maata, aap hi pita, etc" mean? I understand the literal translation but am confused as to what it's referring to
Thank you for such kind praises my friend. Regarding your question, it is hinting at "Wahdat-al-Wajood" or Unity of Being. As the Sufi explained this philosophy based on the few pieces of info that interconnect. Here's what we know: 1. Before Allah created the Universe, there was nothing but Allah. 2. Allah is the source of everything. 3. There is nothing but Allah in existence. 4. There's nothing in existence like Allah. So logic tells that Allah is part of everything and yet nothing is Allah directly. So when Aap Hi Mata is read, it is Allah that is in reality the Mother and the Father (not physical). And the child (Gaudan Hara) is also not devoid of Allah. This in essence is Unity of Allah's Existence.
You, my friend, have done a great service, with your translation, to all of us. I doubt, very much, if there is a single person in this century who understands the whole meaning of these stirring, thought provoking, Persian expressions praising the ' ' khatame rusool'
May Allah s.w.t accept your efforts. These efforts may seem very small but infact it's a tremendous sawab e jaariya today. I pray Allah s.w.t bless you and your next generations🤲
Yes you guys ought to. Because I belong to the folks who crave for more and want to taste the actual flavour. And the qawwalis you have begun with are gems. Please let the younger generation taste it too.
Yes,without a figure of doubt they dominated the quawali fraternity worldwide. Sabri Brethren most toured quawali group with millions of dire heart fans. They mesmerized audiences at packed venues. Haa,Sabri Brethren 💪✊ 🇵🇰🎶🎶🎤🎤🎹🎹🪘🪕🎸🌍☪️❤🏅🥇

It's one of those mixed ones. Well several Qawwali that I translated are like that, however this one doesn't settle with any raag. It's using notes from Kafi, Bhairavi, Bilawal, etc.
