My educated guess would be that due to copyright issues associated with airing some of the stock footage Allen uses Bill doesn't want certain videos on his channel. This minimizes the risk of Bill being sued for infringement as the content on his channel is produced for profit and therefore application of certain "Fair Use" laws wouldn't hold up in court. Welcome back Allen.
