Made in the USA! This is an ingenious design in that you keep a 25-gallon tank of fresh water without mixing in your chemicals before spraying. The system does the mix as the liquid exits the sprayer. This makes switching chemicals easy and keeps things organized. No more wasting premix or pouring fluid back into original containers. Just connect a different supply container on top and you are ready to go!

Thanks for the great video. Very good editing. I have a suggestion. Consider adding marking dye to the concentrate tank. The dye disappears quickly, but while your spraying it is easy to see where the spray from the boom has made landed. I use Monterey LG1130 Mark-It Blue.

Nice Rig, I had no idea something like this (that mixes as it sprays) existed. This is a clear advantage. There is one more part of the puzzle for your subscribers to know: You still must find a way to calibrate the speed of the mower/atv to the rate of application. If your boom sprays a distance 12ft wide, you need to (in most cases) find a speed that will travel 83 ft in 60 seconds (12x83 = approx. 1000 sq ft). If you don't want to go that slow (or want to go faster), then double the dose ... now you just need to cover that distance in 30 seconds ( i.e. travel 83 feet in 30 seconds when doubling the rate of chemical mix).

You raise several great points. There really are a lot of variables in play here. Speed is a primary input, and as another person commented below, using a dye might be a good idea to help maintain consistency. Thanks a lot for your comments!

@@ApacheRanchOh, and I left out 1 other big factor... You should measure the actual output of your boom sprayer and not count on the rate printed on the pump. My pump says it delivers 2.2gpm but it delivers 1.5 gallons per minute. (I put buckets under each sprayer head to catch the water and collected the water after 1 minute and measured it). Standard application rates are listed on the product and they all use 1000 sqft per 1 gallon of spray.
