WOW! Great video, because: no unnecessary background music which distracts viewers, not spending half the video providing needless rambling about different topics, no exaggerated accents or dialects, no shaking the camera to and fro, etc etc. which is the bulk of videos on RU-vid. Guess my expectations are way too unreasonable or high. But your video is in contrast to the above seemingly easily avoidable mistakes and it’s instead clear, direct, to the point within 20 seconds, and the title reflects the discussion! Hats off to your sir!!!!!
Excellent video bought mind last year couldn't get it going (PRIMED) the company sent me different parts and the last time I called them sent mixing value and it works. Most likely tomorrow will spreay the grass areas.
Thanks for the video it helped ALOT...I have it all together have watched your video numerous times (again Thank you) but cannot get any pressure....(motor is on, I hear it clearly) just can't get pressure to spray. Any advice?
If you followed the priming instructions and its not priming you might have to reach out to customer support. Trying back filling all of the lines with water to help it prime. Iwas lucky and it self primed when i turned it on
I personally don't check and just make sure consumption is about what expected. However you might be able to use a refractometer to measure the concentration in solution
@@k6outdoors I placed a mark on my chemical tank so I would know the starting volume. I sprayed for about 30 minutes and the volume was the same, telling me I was not pulling in chemicals out to spray. Advice?
Was curious how it sprays a thicker bio stimulants from concentrate tank? Any review updates? I see a lot of reviews of poor product quality? Is ratio dial accurate? Any updates would be greatly appreciated.
I havent done anything other than fertilizer and 2,4-D and had no issues. The mix ratio seems to be correct, and the lawn shows such. Thus far, I've been very happy with it. Hope this helps and thanks for stopping in!
K6, thanks for your reply to my request. The informed, such as yourself, sometimes consider certain procedures to be axiomatic, while the novice, such as myself, have no prior knowledge in a new endeavor, such as “running wires” to consult. 😎
Did you figure your travel speed? You didn't show how many gallons per acre... and what happens when you run out of concentrate vs water? Is it a two nozzle or three? How does the wand work? Seems like a lot of $ for the size tank.
This video didnt have the intention of teaching someone to spray which is why some of this info was left out. When it comes to travel speed, I was testing the throttle speed on the gravel to make sure I was getting even coverage. The gallons per acre required is totally dependent on what you are applying. If you run out of either chemical or water you just add more and keep going. This is a 2 nozzle system with a separate wand for spot spraying. In another video we will cover spot spraying since i didnt have any chemicals on hand that I use it with. I think it is a fair price for the system and was comparable to other sitting right next to the others at the store. They also sell a 25 gallon version for larger applications. In my opinion, the fact that you can change chemicals on the go, meter whatever mix ratio you want and dont have to mix several gallons at a time of spray, makes it worth the few dollars more it costs. Thanks for dropping by.
Doesn't look like a lot of product was sprayed. The concentrate tank looks mostly full. Do you have to thin the concentrate with water or was it too thick?
Hi, i assembled it, but there is no pressure, do you think hoses are assembled wrong, or i should prime it for how much time, is there is a phone number i could call you on it please, i live in London Ontario CANADA
The reviews on this are terrible on multiple retail sites. Looks good at first, but pump issues as well as countless other issues make it a no go for me. Good vid though
