Totally and completely!!!, do not purchase a frgn Bowflex !. Try getting into position just to bench press lol. Yeah, lay down and you start at the bottom of the press. That may be fine with low weight resistance, but the higher the resistance, the more likely you will injure yourself IF you can even move the weight from that point. Secondly, the resistance is not true resistance in the least. From the beginning of "any" exercise movement, there's very little resistance. Then, as you return to starting point, the resistance lessens again. I had one of these and sent it back within 2 weeks. A complete waste of time !.
Thanks. You have confirmed my suspicion concerning bow type machines. I always assumed that if they worked, then gyms, and fitness enthusiasts would have them. I only see them collecting dust in the garages of people who don't work out.
Body max ctx5 with accessories is an awesome homegym Smith machine Cables Barbell Leg press Bodyweight Mixing - machine , cables , freeweight , and Bodyweight is as close to a real gym you can get .
@@thebodybeatdownDiTi what exactly does outwork mean? People won’t lift heavy enough to lift all the weights or to break the machine? If that’s your entire criteria, then go hiking and keep lifting stones and fallen trees until you find some you can’t lift. That won’t give you the best workout either. The best weightlifting equipment is strong, sturdy, allows you to accurately track your progress, and stimulates your muscles correctly. None of these machines are the best at doing so. None of them are even average. These are the Toyota corollas for gym machines. The list said best home gym equipment, not best budget picks, which is exactly what these are. This is just a lazy list of generic crap you’d find at big box stores that is inadequate for 99.9999% of people who become dedicated to fitness, you included. For people who just want to dabble once a month to keep “fit” buying bulky gym equipment is a poor choice. A $10 planet fitness membership is better. It’s like buying $5,000 worth of woodworking equipment to make one spice rack.
@@thomasfurey00 since they said the best home gym, if you’re looking for an all-in-one system where you buy an entire package and don’t have to pick everything out, one of the Force USA racks is a good choice. The updated G20 rack that is coming out with a better 2:1 instead of the current 1:1 cable ratio is a good choice. The price will be similar to the last item on the list, the body-solid for $6k.
Belly fat a dietary, and stress related issue. It may likely be a symptom of a liver problem. I've been there (twice). Exercise won't help with belly fat much, unless you address the dietary problem.
