✅ Pastry dough lasagna
✅ Ingredients
1 package of pastry dough (rectangular)
250 g ham
600 ml of milk
250 g mozzarella
200 g tomato paste
1 beef bouillon cube
✅ Method of preparation
On each slice of pastry, place 1 slice of mozzarella and 1 slice of ham, roll up and arrange in a baking dish greased with olive oil (you can stick it on top).
Once everything is arranged in the baking dish, bring the milk and meat broth to a boil.
Add the tomato paste to the boiled milk and pour it on top of the dough arranged in the baking dish.
Cover and wait for about 20 minutes.
Bake in a medium oven until golden brown.
