Gail is such an incredibly talented guitarist, bassist, and vocalist. But more importantly such a beautiful soul. We all took quite a "blow" when we heard of the loss of David, but that couldn't possibly compare to Gail's painful loss of her dear friend. Hope you've been doing ok and making your way back to somehow find some sort of "new normal". I know the void is simply enormous and perhaps at times nearly unbearable. My heart goes out to all who were close and dear to him:)..."Sigh"

In my opinion, Ziggy Stardust is full of emotion and melancholy. A lot of artists who cover it, "forget" this aspect and only keep the rock side. Even acoustic covers. But not Gail Ann Dorsey. It's so intense and moving... I wish she would have sung the whole song...

excellent, thanks very much for sharing... for the ardent Bowie fan, include me here, his passing has left a permanent void... no longer can we see current video of him or experience his unique brand of music any longer. For those lucky enough to have been closer to him through work or casual, I'm sure his passing is greatly amplified. RIP David Bowie, you are and will be missed forever.

What a beautiful voice. Bowie said in an interview circa 2002 that he hates singing and would give "someone else's right hand" to find someone to do the vocals. She was on the stage to your left, David! 😁

Gail Ann Dorsey is absolutely beautiful human being and great musician and singer The whole Band that David had in the last years of his life together with Gail,Gary,Earl Slick and so on,was absolutely awesome; majestic Maybe it would have been a good idea if they stayed together and doin their own music with Gail as a leadsinger on bass.They are like a family... It's the end of 2018 and David is fading into the past and we can only move forward. It's inevitable that we all can't move forward together, but none of us imagined that we wouldn't move forward without David at this time. His wisdom is still needed but it's not there now.. Brilliant, Gail Ann Dorsey is a fantastic bass player and singer.Saw her live with Bowie some years ago and was knocked out by by the band and especially by Gail Ann Dorsey's playing. Didn't know that she also played guitar. I love this song and will use this video to learn how to play it.
