Its really fun, a shame that are few trackdays and with covid even less. The 07 sound is nice but still prefer the one of my old MT-09 and CRF450.

The pavment is a little bad but is lot of fun. With covid I just did two trackdays.

Deep purple uses Bridgestone S20 front and BT016 rear and Moto Cage use the Mitas Sport Force. Check my instagram that have pics of the tires after both trackdays. In my first trackday i was using S20 front and back. My insta is motoexploring.

Boas, eu ando montes de vezes com essa 07 do akrapovic. Pessoalmente prefiro o SC pois não faz ressonância enquanto o akrapovic faz. Isto na MT-07, tive uma MT-09 com akrapovic Racing Line Carbon e adorava, mas é um motor 3 cilindros...

@@MotoExploring Estou prestes ir buscar a minha 07 e ainda estou muito indeciso na questão do escape.. Gosto do barulho do akrapovic e da estetica do sc project. Simplesmente ainda nao consegui ouvir o sc project em pessoa . Obrigado pela tua atenção.

@@flaviopires4878 com qualquer um desses ficas bem servido , mas o akrapovic carbom, é tbm uma boa opçao e talvez um dos poucos q realmente aumenta o torq da moto derivado ao caracol em sua linha escape, se eu pudesse , era esse pra minha 07 sem pensar 2 vezes, e da pra comprar homolgado , mais 100 euros pra cat.

Não estava fácil, mas sempre é divertido andar a descobrir trajectórias para fintar o pessoal.

is with oil and preloads. The fork dont dive so much.

@@MotoExploring did you just add 15w oil or anything else?

@@apuzer7159 mine as hyperpro progressive springs and 15w. The moto cage as stock springs with 15w and preload caps on the top.

ABS in the mt07 isnt very intrusive, the mt09 is much worse. If you prefer just remove the fuse.

Rear tire slided

Was my 2nd trackday and 1st of the fluo mt07, this was the best group we could ride. The lines we do are the possible since the pavement is full of holes and the pavement surface isnt uniform. What is the problem with the throttle control? I clearly remember to open the throttle progressively or else the bike would drift immediatly. Body position need to be improved but that only with more trackdays, riding 98% time on road the body position isnt the same since we usuakky try to peek trought the curves for safety. The position is not messed up, is just more neutral ... At 1:23 maybe the mt07 fluo was harsh with the throttle or maybe the pavement changed. The grip in the surface is not always the same since the track as different types of surface and that is enough to lost grip.

@@MotoExploring I can't see your body position, but the fluo is doing it wrong. He throws his lower body into the corner, but his upper body is leaning the opposite, that creates imbalance and the bike becomes unstable. I would recomend you guys working on your position in the garage in front of the mirror. Immagine going around the track and keep changing positions a d while you don't have to deal with speed/riding/traffic, you can train much easier. Plenty of videos on youtube about the body positioning from experts. Your throttle is jerky. You open the gas multiple times, change gears when you shouldn't- that makes suspension work and "jump around" which leads to loosing traction, specially when mt07 suspension is already too soft. First- learn the lines(you mainly come to a corner apex way too early- which causes all sorts of problems), then try being smooth. And don't try to be fast- that will lead only to trouble. Learn and try to adapt One technique at a time- for example 1technique per session. The next session work on the other and so on as it's to much to do everything at once. It has to become a habbit and it takes a lot of time. And go to courses- you.will get better much easier and more important- much more safe. Good luck, guys.

​@@mannywillis The upper body position is in the opposite position because as i said we are used to ride on the road and normally we peek trought the corners for safety. I know our body position needs to be worked a lot. The throttle control i know mine at least was not jerky since getting out of the corner i could feel progressively the point i was loosing traction on the rear tire. The lines as i said the surface as cracks, holes and change types. As i writed in the description of the video one of the bikes (mine) as progressive springs at the front and a high end shock in the rear, my bike was much more stable than a stock one. We just had 4 rounds to ride and 2 of them we ride we instructor at very slow pace. The video is from two different riders with different types of riding, gloves and motorcycle tank covers, i dont understand how can you say the throttle was jerky if you didnt even realise that isnt always the same rider in the footage.
