Unbelievable Teaching!!! I'm new to shot, just 3 months in my first competition was at the Nationals using a extra step slide lol in the 70-75 age group. After hundreds of RU-vid videos YOU ARE THE BEST!!! Shot has me haunting Planet Fitness and back to bodybuilding with emphasis on strength. Toe, not heel because the heel will mess up your throw.

I found it. For a long time I have had problems to sprint and fall to the high point beacause of overrotation. Especially on discuss throw. I can sleep in peace.
