In this video, we talk about the very common problem of throwers not getting enough weight over their left (pivot) foot and how that can cause massive problems in the rotational shot put and discus throws. Some of these problems are over rotation, bad balance, bad set up, falling into the middle of the circle, and bad timing through the entire throw. Check out the video and see if you aren't shifting enough weight over the left side in the back of the circle.
