I try to watch all your videos and I throw discus in high school but it’s so hard to learn without anyone to teach me in person

I'm a paralized thrower. I compete in discus, javelin and shot put in Veterans Wheelchair Games. Trying to improve my throws. Do you do videos for Para athletes?
