why that Anthonys sprocket wheel twisted would maybe reason for that there is too too few or non lubrication in chain.. so chain stays hot and the sproket warms only at the teetht first.. so it starts to bend somehow somewhen.. I had same problem with the spokes breaking on my cheep fully damped electric mountain bike, it was caused by way to narrow rims making it to weak for the heavy 25kg weight of the bike. I had to get new rims custom made because no such wider more durable wheels with wider rims existed that would fit my bike. The rims I have now is almost double the width and the side effect is that the tires is much wider and it is almost like a fat bike ride now with MUCH more dampening of vibrations and bumps on the road from the wider tire that now has more air in it.

It's not a good idea to remove the exhaust on a 2 stroke engine, it acts as oil retention for the piston, removing it will shorten the engine lifespan.

I can almost smell the 2 stroke oil from here!🇮🇪

The gasoline doesn't look very clean either, it seems to have rust, it is not yellow transparent but orange cloudy, which is why combustion is also poor.

Truing a wheel without a jig isn't easy so you did well to get it that straight, I used a ty rap then cut it down on the forks against the rim to try get it dead straight, I did reasonably considering I had never done it before.

You needed extra tubes tires chain master links safety wire and a few spare bolts an air pump, with full camping equipment. Some extra petrol, water, food and medicines.

You guys need a thread locker

hub drive in the rear wheel. direct drive. 1000-3000w brake rotor disc side mount the motor sprocket. bicycle side use a 1x8 setup with a cheap microshift 12-46 system slap in a 500euro 60v 34ah surron batery. now you can regen brake, the spoke ripper sprocket is gone and theres a solid 6 bolt sprocket. and you can properly tension the motor chain while having gears to pedal on. in general sucha bike would be perfection for such trips. what is shown in the video is just horible to the max.

chains break because the device is lacking an Oiler.... one must ATLEAST keep a spray can of chain lube or lube of any sort and apply liberally at each gas tank fill up. the heat and wear on the little chain is too much over distances.. .01mm of material loss on the pins and poop its broked.

The motors for bikes would be Soo much better. If completely rebuilt, and balance the crank. And the rid would be much better if the motor could be attached to gears like a 10 speed bike. And electric start!

Those things you were calling brakes look like "Torque Arms". If thats what they are then they are supposed to stop the axle from spinning in the dropouts (where the axle slots into the bike frame). If they get twisted up its because they are not strong enough for the power output of that motor.

maybe buy more durable wheels for longer journeys? that way you can still keep the overall price of the bike cheap

That brake arm has to stay attached to the frame or else you wont have any brakes and it will kick your pedals up into your foot when you try to apply the brake. Use loctite on those machine screws and tighten them very well. Is the major flaw with coaster brakes on bicycles that same problem caused me to crash into a one foot high curb at full speed on my sisters Huffy Powder Puff bike and I totaled her bike out bent the front forks and her wheel all the way back into the crank set and it was brand new at the time I flew 8 feet into an oak tree branch then fell straight down from there into the ground and it knocked my breath out of me I was OK but my sister was pissed once she found out I wrecked her bike
