Sir Plz help me. There are two member id's in my UAN no. . In first member id I have worked 1 and a half year and in 2nd one I have worked only 5 months EPF amount auto transfered to the new one but pension amount showing 0. I am not able to withdraw my Pesion amount becouse I have worked only 5 months in 2nd member id which is latest id. Showing service is less than 6 months.

Thank you sir, I was struggling for pension amount transfer, it was zero when I moved to different company, from your video it got cleared that if service history is updated correctly then no need to worry, I checked and my service history is updated, it cleared my doubt and happy that my pension amount is safe. Even though I had informed new employer my UAN, they created another one for me. PF balance transferred to new PF account. How to go about pension amount in old account as new UAN does not show old EPF or EPS history?

@@fazeelabbasi9328 I don't fill form 10c while i filled form 19. While i check my pf amount is transferred to new pf account but pension amount is not transferred then i contacted my Regional EPF office and he replied that it is automatically transferred you don't need to do anything.

Why can't be this automated. Who doesn't want to transfer their old PF amount to new? Everyone does to manually. I think government should make some changes for automation.

Hello Sir, In my 1st Company DOJ 09/16 and DOE 12/16 as per portal but i'm still working for long time and get PF amount as well. Actual DOE 07/18 in 1st Company, in 2nd company DOJ 08/18 and DOE 06/20. Is this 2yrs gape impact to my pension amount. As i already transferred my PF from 1st comp to 2nd Comp. It is not easy to transfer money from a Trust to EPFO. It took me 2 years. Also, EPFO took 3 years to reflect that money into my current PF account. Now My service history is not reflecting all the services. I need to see how much time this will actually take now.
Member withdrawn the pension before 9 years of Service period from multiple establishments, Now when member applied for 10C then less amount received from EPFO, When question raised from EPFO, they replied that pension contribution is calculated from period of service then. Sir, I see that my PF got transferred however my service history for employment is not updated in EPF site. I contacted EPF office & they told to contact employer. Even employer said before 2010 there was no concept of UAN & hence service record is missing. Please let me know how to get service history updated againsted UAN.

Hi @Labour Law Advisor My service history is updated but EPS claim rejected couple of times. EPFO told that EPS service is not transferred to new account unlike EPF. There is some previous accounting issue with EPS account.

Thanks for sharing this informative video. I've a query. I had transferred my PF from old to new account in 2011. The transfer process took 2 years (that era you know), and finally got credited to my new PF account in 2013. As far as I remember, the UAN got generated during or after that time. So basically, I didn't have an online PF login to check my previous PF account. No option to even download the old account statement. Anyway, the issue is, even till date, when I login to EPFO portal, neither the Service History is updated about my previous employment, nor the Pension amount is reflecting in the statement. How can I update the Service History? Any guidance/input from you would be of great help. 🙏 Thanks in advance. 🙂
Try going to epf member portal and in the manage tab you'll fine Mark Exit option. Click on it and mark your job exit according the date mentioned on you relieving letter. Read all the content on that page carefully and submit. Once submitted you can see the service history immediately or after some days.

How to check if EPS amount is withdrawn, It is not showing in passbook. Additionally if EPS is withdrawn will the servise period considered for pension?
I have a Question So someone left Job around 10Yrs back after working around 9Yrs in a company, he left and withdrew PF but not his pension amount as someone informed him that he can withdraw only after 10 Yrs. When epfo transfer interest amount to account after 4-5 month of financial year close. we are loosing interest amount (interest on this interest) which is payable next year due to this delay unnecessary.. If #epfo pay the interest amount immediately after closing financial year like banks do, then user will get more amount next year in their respective account.

Hi Sir, I have worked in 3 different companies, out of which Company 1 was PF trust. I transferred my PF amount from Company 1 to Company 2, however as you mentioned EPS amount was not transferred. Currently my service history is reflecting Company 2 and Company 3. It is not reflecting service from Company 1 as it was PF trust.
