Till now I am suffering to settle my EPF. In my case there are 2 PF a/c is linked however one settled which is the recent one and the previous one is left unsettled. Feeling helpless. Thanks for your effort towards youth

It would be ideal if PF Authority streamline the issues raised by members . Maybe the system doing a pre check before accepting the submission. It is hard earned savings of Members. The system has tremendous issues, in the name technology and updation it is creating hardship on the lives of ordinary people.

@Abhishek Sharma Tough luck mate. I guess you can try writing to EPF office or raise an RTI asking for the correct procedure. Hope you get the solution soon

Sir, I have similar issue of ‘Already settlement’ and still have amount in my account. You mentioned to submit passbook copy and written application. You dint mention where to submit? Cause in documents form there is no option to choose additional documents. They also mentioned father’s name differs as rejection reason.. However all documents have similar name written

Same with me. My Father's name in old and new organisation are exactly same, still it EPFO says Father's name differs. Somehow, my Bank account has only father's initial letter is present. Maybe, that could be a possible reason. In case of a TRANSFER claims, where should I upload the updated cheque where father's name is updated?

I opened a grievance redressal for this and in the meantime applied again for PF final settlement only... Which got approved this time. So maybe it'll work for you guys as well. Try again.

Thanks a ton for this vdo. I know this is 2 years old and not sure if you will respond. But am posting unique case. My Pension claim was rejected twice with the same reason. 1) MEMBER JOINED @40 YEARS PLEASE SUBMIT ANY PREVIOUS SERIVE DETAILS OR NON EMPLOYMENT CERTIFICATE 2) NOT ELIGIBLE-INSUFFICIENT SERVICE. I think as you mentioned in VDO, the second reason is lethargy. I joined my last Org at age of 40. I am EPFO member and deductions regularly were done. I am now retired. There were previous 5 Orgs that I worked for. But they either did not have Pension benefits or we had a Private Trust. The details are not on my current EPFO account. Online there is no provision to comment or upload additional docs. I had therefore raised a Grievance and also sent a mail to the SRO whose id is mentioned on the Grievance. But still the claim got rejected second time. What is the course I need to take. Can this be resolved online or I need to visit EPFO office? Any suggestion would be highly appreciated

I submitted my canceled cheque (standard chartered bank accounts are 11 digits). Thanks for clearing this up. This was not covered by anyone yet. It's funny because there was no issue in 2018 but is it only lately? Very strange.

Hi Bro for standard Chartered Bank how many digits you put while claiming your PF?? as standard Chartered Bank have only 11digits account number.I am attaching the cancel cheque and they are rejecting claim mentioning reason "photocopy of bank passbook not attested by Authorized signatory"

CONFIRM WHETHER THE MEMBER IS DOMESTIC WORKER OR INTERNATIONAL WORKER ALONGWITH PROOFS 2) FATHERs NAME DIFFERS There is no father's name in the cheque book I uploaded. But, still they say Father's name differ, how do I know where the father's name is different. I have transferred my previous account to current pf account. But the amount is not shown in pension. Still I have applied form 10-c the reason for rejection is AS PER SYSTEM AUTHORISED AMOUNT IS ZERO.

Dear sir, Mera PF transfer claim reject ho Gaya Due to 1) Past accumalation of PF not yet Received from the Employer wait For 2-3 Month?? 2) Father Name Differs But Maine previous company chhod ne me 2 year ho Gaya.. Aur dusra mera father name currect hai.. PF account, Bank Passbook, And KYC same Name hai

I got a error of : Form10C: Claim Rejected FORM 19 REJECTED HENCE 10C REJECTED DUE TO FORM 15G/15H NOT SUBMITTED and Form19: Claim Rejected FORM 15G/15H, PAN CARD NOT SUBMITTED BY MEMBER. PAN CARD NOT APPROVED BY EMPLOYER DSC However, submission of 15G/15H is not mandatory then why I am getting this error ? I don't know.

Hi Sir.. i have submitted PF Advance Withdrawal form 31 (House Construction ) on 2-July-2024 but it was Rejected on 18-July-2024 with Reason " 1) the member is requested to furnish correct epf account no. of trust instead of eps a/c no. of pf off 2) certificate a/b/c/d/e/f not enclosed / signed " Could you please advise me to resubmit the Withdrawal with Correct way.
