You absolutely crushed this box! Simply amazing. I can’t believe you turned snakes into handles! Genius! Loved the textured doilies and I am also a fan of showing the whole process . Even when things don’t work out! The paint issue has happened to me too... and in the end, it was awesome anyway!
Justin! You totally KILLED it! Your natural gift of design is just amazing and I am always blown away with the techniques that you come up with! The technique of the spackle with the paint on the doilie stencil...amazing. Filling in the popsicle sticks...genius! I love that you didn't give up on your plant stand project. It turned out so good. Thank you for participating! You did such an awesome job!
These are so creative and fabulous! I just LOVE the work you do. It's amazing!! ✨ I also love how down-to-earth you are and show the mess-ups and problems that we all encounter when crafting! It's so true!! Love it! Thanks for making my weekend by posting! 🥰
I am not surprised that you crushed this challenge!! I have to try the sand technique. I was planning on using baking soda, but the sand seems more like want I am wanting. The Dino hook made me smile when I saw it.... so I am really glad you like it.
Thank you!! ❤️ I love the little Dino hook, he’s a great reminder of this challenge when I walk past him! Thank you for being so kind with all the materials as well! I definitely had a fun time and we’ll have to do it again! 🤗❤️🥰
I just binged all of your videos, and I wish there were more!!!! You are SOOO incredibly talented, I’d pay big money for a lot of the DIY’s you’ve created. Hoping to recreate some of these myself one day. Thanks for all your hard work, look forward to more of your videos in the future! 💯😍
Love these challenges. You really have to fire up the brain cells. Love everything you created. I think everyone got a big kick out of the dinosaur hook and changing his paint colour made him classy! Take care ❤️ 🇨🇦
Hi Justin, I remember when you first started your channel (and it wasn't that long ago) and just noticed you're almost at 70k subscribers! Congrats!!! 💙 Edit: Would love to see some of your DIY fails! 😊
These projects are really great. I loved the doily project and the tray!! And that dino hook is so cute. The bronze paint turned it into something fancy! Well done!!
Loved them all!! My fav was the tray 😁 I really enjoy how you edit your videos with the added sounds and noises of crafting! ( Sand sponge, cutting popsicle sticks, spray painting etc) ASMR vibes 💝🥰
Came over from Kristen Kay’s channel. The doily pics are so awesome and the tray is stunning. Great save on the plant stand - the finish came out very cool! The dinosaur hook - how clever - just use it as it was meant to be used!!!! So glad I hopped over. This is my second time watching and I really like your style. I just subscribed!
It is nice to see, when you guys mess up, too. I think it is important to show those. Some of us have a fear....it is the fear of failure, so I don't think you know how important it is for us to see something like that. I mean, this visually showed us to try again. Edit: I wrote this before you asked if we wanted to see anymore of your fails. Haha. That is so weird. I was talking about the project you used the sand in, which turned out very cool in the end.
Don't give up on that lampshade, I know once you take a little break from it, you're gonna make a fabulous shade for us to see! Or who knows, you might turn it into something completely different and surprise us! I personally think it was a good start you had going and want to see more!😊
I think your “fail” turned into an amazing project Justin and I appreciate when you share that we’re not the only ones who fail; I’m definitely trying the sand technique. You totally rocked this challenge (fabulous use of the snakes!) and I look forward to what you’ve got coming next. 🤗 #kindnessmatters
I have to say this. You are way underrated! I feel like everything I’ve seen of yours is brilliant and innovative. Maybe even more than some more popular DIYER’s on this platform. I’m thoroughly impressed with how finished everything you make is. Beautiful. 👏
on your spray paint fail, if the two paints were different brands they might not be compatible, I've run into that in the past. If I want to use different brands of spray paint together I let the first one cure for a couple of days before I use the second one. That usually takes care of the issues. Love everything you did
Hello Justin, I'm a New Subscriber TODAY!!!! I found you through The challenge & I'm so Glad I did bcuz your work is AMAZING!!!!!! I LOVED EVERYTHING👍👍 at 1st you thought that maybe you were second guessing the black item with the beads on it that you added sand to, WELL, it's GORGEOUS & I would buy that if it was in a store!!!!! A WIN 💯
The tray was my most favorite! I have a tray that I am using and I knew it was missing something but didn't know what...the tile looking popsicle sticks BINGO...going to finally love my tray!!!
Oh My Gosh!!! I was amazed at the end result of the shadow box. I kept thinking you were messing up when applying the craft sticks. Boy was I wrong. I learned so much watching you today. Thank you.
I love your projects! I cannot wait to make the doilie canvases. I pass them all of the time in the DT. I’ve always left them be because they aren’t my style. I could never think up a project to use them for. Idk why I haven’t been getting notifications for your videos as well as many others I follow. I’m going to have to binge watch to catch up. Poor me, NOT! I can’t wait to see what I’ve been missing. ❤️ I unsubscribed then subscribed again and put the bell back on all. Hopefully that fixes the issue.
In S.A. the time is 22h48. I loved this Justin. All 3 projects. I am cleaning my house now and you just inspired me to go on. Thank you! I love dinosaurs 2! Awesome! Much love..............😚😚
Wow!!!🤩 You nailed it! Everything came out so neat and beautiful! You are so creative and talented, Justin! And I love the fact that you showed us your fail. It means that you are human, and not all our DIYs come out the way that we envisioned them. Thanks for sharing!😊
Would it be considered greedy to ask for a part 2?!?! These were so fab even the DIY with the ‘oops’ that really turned into a stunner! Love your aesthetic and your DIYs turn out so lovely💞
I love the tray and also that you tried out the sand technique. So cool! I'm glad I'm not the only one who is trying to get a popsicle lampshade to work :-) I was just trying to make one to attach to an Ikea cord light as a table lamp but had repeated failure :-) Hope you can get it to work at some point and share with us the whole journey :-) Thanks as always for the inspiration x
Just love your channel. Really high end and beautiful every thing you craft. Instead of sand you should try semolina. I have done a lot of project with it. You don't need much and it give a nice texture.
Justin, your craftiness is over the top and is better described as craftsmanship. As to the popsicle stick chandelier .. the peek was intriguing. Please try again!
So much fun!! I loved how you used the popsicle sticks and spackle for the tray. ALSO I just bought sand after seeing Kelsey's DIY too. Can't wait to try it after seeing your project
Your diys turned out great! You did a great job! Your tray is my favorite! Thanks for the tip for painting screws/nails! As always thank you for sharing your creativity, talent and inspiration! Stay safe, healthy and positive! GOD bless you and your family! Have a great weekend! 🙏❤🇺🇸🌞
I would love a pair too! Ive ruined more cheap scissors crafting than I care to admit. Even the tool made to cut angles on wood craft pieces bent when I cut large popsicle sticks!
OMGoodness,I just had to tell you...IMMEDIATELY!,I knew you would use those "dollies" as a stencil😉but,to use with a "tecture" was a wonderful surprise💕loved it!! and now,I can't wait to use my "snakes" as handles😉(I had been hesitant since I didn't like the 'gaps' but you've solved that issue, with the spackle😀)THANK YOU! 💕😍💕😍💕😒💕
Love love love what you did with the doilies!! That's one of the best trays I've ever seen!! Adding sand to the paint was an Awesome idea to add some texture and it really paid off on that plant stand!! Love it!! Jurassic Park is GREAT!! Such a wonderful job on EVERYTHING!! Thanks for sharing your creativity!!
You did such an AMAZING job as ALWAYS!! Loved the tray and the doilies! The doilies would be great in color to just for a small pop in a room! Keep up the great DIY'ING!!
Hola, the way you craft and explain everything looks so easy and relaxing I want to start crafting right away with your inspirations!! the projects come out superb 💚💚Stay safe and blessed 😍😻❤️🌷🥰⭐️🌸💓🌹🌸
