Ok but adding washi tape over double sided tape is genius idk why i've never thought about it before. I have added washi over clear tape but it's not ideal, because clear tape is glossy and washi doesn't stick to it very well. Thank you for the tip!

Glad it was helpful! Looking through old journals I found the most common problem was washi losing its stickiness over time so now if I’m using it for anything more than just deco it gets the extra tape for longevity!

Weirdly enough I saw Fry's Peppermint Cream and Fry's Orange Cream in the pound shop today. They had a limited edition Kings Coronation design on them and looked like something you'd like. These spreads are lovely.

my favourite supply? I dont have one..maybe my white pen which i dont really use that much oddly enough! But I really like using things I find! I keep my eyes open for stuff as I walk around town. Like I found a dry cleaner number tag once on the sidewalk. Loved adding that into my book, I found a bunch of small foil hearts by the Basilica near my house (left behind after a wedding) so those got distributed in my books. I found nice leaf which I painted and used as a stamp on a few pages.

I like the Ranger and Prima ones a lot but I don’t like how they don’t respond well to a heat gun and you have to wait for them to dry! (impatient person problems 😂)

Hi Grace! I'm new here from the collab and new to the collab this July. Good idea to use the favorite supplies of others. I am fairly new but have used tissue paper, can't say it's my favorite to work with. Lol. Yours is beautiful, great ideas all around. Wow, I didn't realize any pen works on vellum, that's awesome. Great idea to put it with the poem over the leaf, I love it!

Hey Grace, what is the difference between tea dyed paper and coffee dye paper? Is the colour really different?

Well it’s completely down to personal preference but I find tea dyed is a lighter but also richer colour, and looks more like naturally aged paper than coffee dyed does. Rooibos tea is my favourite to use! (Or rooibos tea with vanilla and then the paper smells nice too!)
