All you really need to do is speed up your metabolism when you wake up, there are many very simple ways to do it. And I say this because vegan is definitely not for everyone. Eating clean and conscious is tho.

@@peacheskong2245 One way is to eat two hard boiled eggs in the morning with two glasses of water. Another way is to take a cap full of apple cider vinegar in a glass of water. Also you can take vitamin b's, c, and d in the morning in combination. Or all of the above. But definitely water water water.
