Meditation instead of praying praying kneeling at the Lord's feet, believing that the position of the hand means something, burning leaves to symbolize something, amulets etc. God is not pleased with that. It's in the Bible. Our faith must be ONLY in GOD. All of these other things are things invented by man so that people get confused and start to worship other things. They use the name of God or fit the name of God so that others think it is not a big deal. You guys know the Word, don't get confused with what Hollywood sells. They are just selling ... God is the only one who can give us eternal salvation. He never used amulets, leaves, or meditation. Jesus prayed. Jesus obeyed God. He died for us so that our sins could be forgiven. Think about that. Read the Bible. James 1:22 "Do not merely listen to the word, and so deceive yourselves. Do what it says". PSalm 20: 7 "Some trust in chariots and some in horses, but we trust in the name of the Lord our God".

If I may make a suggestion try Natural Vitality Calm. Its a magnesium powder (if your Dr said its OK to take) it knocks me out and stay sleep all night. It took my insomnia away. The nights I don't take it, I'll wake up at like 1AM up until I finish my work shift at 6PM. Hope you get some rest soon. Its an awful feeling💕🤗🙏

Me neither! I don't sleep at all! I get so worked up by 4am and I still haven't slept then I start getting so anxious and all of a sudden it's 7am

Try download the Headspace app baby. Try one of the sleepcasts, it works like a charm. Also try making yourself tired through exercise then use the Headspace app. It usually really helps!! Good luck I know how frustrating insomnia is!
