Thank you thank you thank you for the tip about putting the powder on your fingers. I avoid my gilding flakes because I hate them sticking to my fingers. Can’t wait to pull them out!!! Also glad for the tip about not getting them on the silicone mat. The tip about glue dots and tear-n-tape looks like fun. Such lovely cards. Thanks again💖
Lynn - LOL you are right - they can be messy - but sometimes you just gotta do it!!! LOL Thank you - Maude bought that for me years ago for my birthday - she knows I love purple!! Thanks so much for watching!!
Thank you for the tip on using emboss buddy! I have used gilding flakes in all of these ways except the glue dots. I had no idea that could be done! Beautiful cards G and Maudi🌻☀️❤️☕️ My first crafty video on “my weekend” It has started off perfect! Have a great day and thank you.
Hi G, my days off are Tuesday and Wednesday and I work evenings, love having my morning off! I have always worked a job where I worked in the morning, for 25 years and weekends/holidays off. I have been working at a shelter for almost 2 years. We operate 24/7 so we work holidays if we are scheduled to work and weekends if scheduled. This shift and schedule came with a change in position (at the shelter) and I'm 2 months into it. I"m blessed and grateful. @@CreativeMomentsByG
I have a container of gilding flakes in my stash (?? years old !!),,,, Now I'm encouraged to bring it out and use it I've never seen the glue dot idea before. Also like the tip for using the powder on your finger tips. Love your videos
Beautiful cards. I have no gilding flakes. Would love this technique especially at Christmas. I would either use glue or tare and tape. I don't like glue dots. Will look for these flakes. Thanks so much for this beautiful idea.
