It feels to me like she operates from an fundamental understanding for how we store stress. The guidance feels personal, but its universal. We feel alone in our stress. We are often ashamed of our hidden pain. In fact everyone is holding on or processing it. I think she is speaking to any human. She is talking to you snd me, as organisms.

After Bruce Lipton's lecture, a scientist, I then realise I need to re-programs the auto-pilot, which is our subconscious to achieve any break-through. I found you and listened to your videos before sleep ONLY two nights that week about 3 or 4 weeks ago. Then life got busy I forgot all about it. Then everything starts to change( I didn't even notice) the way I shop, the way I cook, the way I eat and how I feel about food in general. I felt I have great control over my food and I am the master not the other way around. I am not really overweight but can't seem to fight off the baby bump over the last 10 years. My husband has lost 4kg and I lost 3kg though it's slow because it's lifestyle change not pills. I am seeing the kind of number on the scale which I haven't seen for the past 10 years. WOW! I don't know what you do but I now believe weight loss, or anything else in life, happens in the head first.

This journey always works with the chronic pain!! It separated they emotional pain from physical pain. It removed 💯 percent of emotional pain and 80 percent of the physical so amazing so powerful. LOVE THE SNAPS DROP FARTHER EVERY SNAP!!! LOVE THE EYE CONTACT, MAKES THE JOURNEY VERY INTIMATE AND SEEM LIKE IT WAS MADE FOR ME!!! GREAT JOB Much love Michael

My healing seemed overnight I read the bible often and read stories about emotional pain which many had gone through horrible pain. I prayed the same words from what I read in the bible and it seemed overnight I had no more emotional pain. It was like nothing could bother me when someone would go out their way to hurt me I did not get affected by their actions and words. I did not really understand the power of the words you speak to yourself to comfort the pain in your body. My outlook on life is so clear now it is amazing what words can do to heal your inner body, mind, and soul.

I very rarely comment on videos but I just have to thank you so much for this it was truly incredible. I have really bad nerve pain/migraines and everything felt completely numb during this, like I didn’t have a body at all and it was amazing to not be in pain for at least a little while. I’ve never gone that deep before because when I start to feel numb it freaks me out so I stop, but so glad I didn’t this time. Thank you for the truly amazing work you do! 💜

Painting is my therapeutic outlet. I love to paint people. My mother used to tell me I didn't charge people enough for my work. For me it's the appreciation I receive more than the money I receive that drives me. I tell quite a lot,but here goes again. I feel as if your my angel 😇,your voice is so amazing. It calms me down and helps so much when I can't breath good. This is such a wonderful video, so soothing and liberating. Your voice is always calming, but it was made more so by you being visible and present throughout the journey as well. Being able to see the compassion in your eyes, and your expressions of sympathy, helped to empower the effect of your voice even further. I closed my eyes from time to time throughout the video, but it was so nice to see a smiling face looking back at me, exuding comfort, on those occasions when I did open them. Jayni, Thank you for your uplifting and calming words, voice and magic! This video allowed me to let go of years of stress... I finally slept through the night after weeks of nightmares. Instead of holding on so tightly trying to make it all stop, I just let go. AND this morning I continue letting go of pain as I laid in bed. Just tried this as I was looking for a new hypnotist to try as my sinus headache real heavy rt now and wanted a break before my hot bath. I have a sinus infection since 2016 and some other issues going on. I must say this was special , I'm intrigued and I'll keep coming back to this. I so hope this can help me I suffer from severe RLS . I have had restless leg syndrome for many years and it is ruining my nights I get a couple of hours sleep a night if I am lucky. I have tried medication but it does not help long term it made it worse. This seems to be the best way to find help I hope.🙏

The only thing that would make this better is a slightly more soft spoken, whisper like voice. Also the tiniest bit slower. But the tone of her voice is good as are the words.

Jayni, I just came across your RU-vid channel. I have a question for you. I want to know if hypnotherapy can help me. I have been diagnosed with lymphedema. Both of my legs are starting to get a big lump full of lymph fluid near my front knee area in the exact same spot on both legs. Physical Therapy massage hasn't made a difference at all. Toxins are clogged in my lymphatic system. So I want to know if being hypnotized can get it unclogged in that area & would it be able to get my lymph fluid flowing again? I was told that I'm in the beginning stage so that it can be maintained but not cured. I'm desperate to find a cure!

Relieving any pressure/pain is absolutely something you can accomplish through hypnosis. Wow, you picked my color for healing but even more it sounds like you called my name at 3 while counting down!! I'm an ASMR junkie and get the tingles and everything, I've had a very stressful hard time in my life. This actually is more professional or realistic therapy and it is helping me and I love it. Not to say I'm not a little freaked out Jayni. I needed that today and maybe we have something good here. At first, I was just interested in some new relaxation other than ASMR. not that being really easy on the eyes and having a great voice did not hurt lol but now I'm liking this a lot. I'll try some more videos, they are really helping thank you. ❤

I guess this works only if you’re sufficiently calm already? I couldn’t stop crying and eventually turned it off halfway through. I will try again when I’m less upset.
