@@Usuario01997 I'm pretty sure the screw itself doesn't rotate, if it did, it would unscrew. The thing that rotates is the umbrella-like piece that glides around the "fixed" center piece. Which makes me wonder what the actuator really provides
Instead of the washers that are between the springs and screwhead which causes sliding friction they use ball bearings so it gets converted to rolling friction. In case you don't know sliding friction > rolling friction

That's weird.. the ball bearing only contact the pieces that is not turning which is the place where the screw is, the centers is moving on a piece moving around the disc on screw housing and the housing doesn't move... I'm very confused
