Whipped Feta Dip with Grapes. This here is called living my best feta life, and it’s everything I love in an appetizer. If you know me personally, you know that I love the combination of sweet and salty together and this hits the spot. If you are from Greece, have lived in Greece, or have visited Greece I am sure you have tasted “ Tirokafteri “or “ Tyrosalata ” and had your share of feta dips. This dip is inspired by Greece and the years I have spent there with my family. When you bake red seedless grapes, they release all their juices they taste like wine so it’s the perfect combination.
INGREDIENTS
For the Grapes:
red seedless grapes
saltdrizzle of olive oil
apple syrup, maple syrup, honey, or agave all work
thyme is optional
For the whipped feta:⠀⠀
creamy feta, try to find one that's not as salty
olive oil
orange zest
plain yogurt
apple syrup, honey, maple syrup or agave
