I only clicked on this video to get a wee sample before I get on with some writing. I was so sure I could quit any time I wanted. I felt strong. I could do it. Just one minute. Two at the most. I can see the X. It's right there, staring at me. Demanding that I click it and get on with my writing. But I can't. I'm so weak: my eyelids are heavy and my brain is preparing for sleep. I must leave and get on with stuff, return later. But I can't... But I must... But the video... So good... So relaxing... So... many... tingles...

Eeeeeeeeepppppppp! Such a great comment! I am ALWAYS telling myself I will just watch a minute or two of a video, when I have stuff to do & don't really have the time to watch the entire thing...but it never fails, I end up watching the entire video. It's so addicting! I assumed I was probably not the only one to do that :-)

Once when I was little my family visited London and while we were there we visited Harrod's. We found out that they had some duty free deal where if your tax equaled £50 you could get it back! So my mom loaded up on English tea because of course and went to the in-store tax office to get her tax back. The clerk totaled my moms purchases and said "I'm sorry ma'am your taxes are only £35, you must spend £50 to get your tax back" And my mom looks confused and says "well that doesn't make sense, I bought a TON of tea..." The clerk scoffs at my mom and says "well of course, there's no tax on TEA." And my mom is like, there is no more ridiculous thing you can say to an American, in England, besides telling them there's no tax on tea, like that was a WHOLE THING, right? So my mom says "WELL, we could've saved ourselves a very large WAR, had that always been your policy!" The clerk was totally not amused but the twenty-something intern was on the floor laughing.

Imagine, the patriot colonists are just about done dumping the crates of tea into Boston Harbor when someone comes running down the dock yelling "wait STOP there's no more tax on the tea, they ended the tax on the tea!"...the colonists stand there, dumbfounded, frozen with the last crates balancing precariously over the rail...someone hollers "quick, tell Sam Adams that the tea tax is over!" Anyway, at least the intern had a sense of humor. 👍 Apparently the clerk was still salty about losing the American colonies...🙄

I always keep coming back to this specific video. (i watch asmr every night before i sleep) it's one of my all time favorite videos. tea is my top trigger for asmr, it just sounds so relaxing and her voice with it is so tingly

I second that idea. Could be very tingly since florists use scissors for cutting, ribbon, flowers, and vases..the possibilities are endless really. Emma I hope you read this, I think this is one of the best ideas I''ve heard in a while.

The last few seconds of this video gave me major scalp tingles. I always get them when you move around while "ignoring" the camera. Maybe because it is so much like my "real life" triggers. Just someone doing small, routine things in a quiet way.

I actually bought the Rishi berry hibiscus tea not long ago, before I'd ever seen this video. I thought it was a strange coincidence because Rishi is not commonly found even here in the US. I'd never seen the brand before I found it in a little boutique, so it was weird to then see it in an ASMR video! It's an incredible tea. I love it iced with honey.

I really owe you a thank you Emma. After watching this I ventured out in search of pukka teas to try. Grabbed the womankind, vanilla chai and nighttime teas. The first two are delicious and really energising but the nighttime has been an absolute god send at bedtime! Thank you x

I believe the colour of the sweet rhubarb packs and box is a dark version of "ashes of roses". Very user friendly colour, works with a lot of complexions. I love the teapot cups. Very practical and colourful. As always your voice is a supernatural gift. Peace at last!

I got a cold this morning and was meant to go out to a club in Lancaster with my friends, but I was way too ill :( so I'm now cozy in bed, actually drinking that same sleepy clipper tea, took some medicine and what better comfort is there than asmr, especially your videos!
