When I was a teenager the teacher asked us to imagine how our lives would be in ten years and write a letter to our future self. Now, if I could write a letter to my young self and send it to the past, I probably wouldn't tell her that one of adult life's greatest joys is to spend saturday nights watching someone spread butter on a toast.

Didn't know English Toast was actually different than what I am now going to have to refer to as American Toast. We like to eat our toast hot with the butter melted into the bread.

I go to Maria and Heather for my fantastical roleplay fix, I go to Olivia for my spiritual/meditation fix, and I go to Emma for my fix of warm, homey, familiar settings and triggers. Yay I made a video this week! :-P You know those weeks when you just can't keep up with yourself? This week was one of those. A wise woman once said 'when life gets overwhelming, we must strip everything back, start again and build up one thing at a time. It is what it is!' Great advice. I was however catching up on behind the scenes things in my usual ASMR time. Things like interviews, emails & something nice I have been working on for a while. It will be finished soon :-D

Guess what?? I ordered that raspberry jam via an online British food retailer because this video made me want to try out that exact type of toast and I LOVE raspberries!! AND I also ordered a big box of Yorkshire Gold tea bags because of your video on how to make the perfect "cuppa" and from what I've heard about it via other sites, so in about a week I'll be able to have this kind of breakfast!!!

I love that you use Tiptree jam, I lived in Tiptree for most of my childhood, and still go to the jam factory for afternoon tea. I’m sure this won’t mean anything to anyone else but just makes this video a bit extra special for me x

I checked my history and it was on September 16, 2018), I tent my toasts just like this to allow them to cool - I learned that from you!
