I’m a woman who lives alone (son is grown and married), but I want to tell you, you’re an inspiration. Today I made 4 chicken casserole freezer meals and 6 freezer lasagnas tonight. One of the lasagnas is coming to work with me tomorrow for a friend who just had oral surgery and needs something soft. One of the lasagnas is going to church with me on Sunday for the pastors family and the rest are going to be waiting for someone who needs a blessing. God bless you!

I am a single woman with the occasional man in my life. My absolute favorite prep is 2 1gal cans tomato purée into a simple marinara ( onion, garlic, Italian spice, salt,pepper, brown sugar, crush red pepper) freeze it in muffin pans and store in gallon bags and I can make at least 8 meals from that by adding 3-4 ingredients ( goulash, unstuffed green pepper, spaghetti, spaghetti con calamari, tomato Alfredo, Portabella ziti, lasagna, and tomato soup)

It is just me and my hubby at home most of the time, but I buy the smaller (9 inch square) aluminum baking dishes and just divide the recipe up that way. I get double duty from one cooking that way. And with both of us working, these freezer meals save the day. I take one out to thaw at supper the day before, then start the oven when I get home to bake it that night.

I just thank Jesus for Jamerrill! I hope she knows her hard work has touched and helped so many of us. I want to acknowledge Mr. Travis as well. I can't imagine doing even a quarter of what they do without my husband. Even though it's not on film, we all know they each work very hard as a strong family unit to keep life rolling.

I watch all three of you ladies, I never miss a video of you Kimmy. You ladies are such a huge inspiration for me, I suffer with axieity and I have two young one's and sometimes have a hard time finding motivation to cook a healthy meal, I don't have a big freezer but just a few healthy meals when I'm having a good day I can whip up to use on a hard day makes me feel proud of myself. I want all you ladies to know how amazingly awesome you are!💪💪💪 Us mommies/single ladies have to stick together, share idea's and be a team. This was such a fun collab! Her voice calms me also. I have bad axieity and one day it was so bad and I was watching her and she was going threw something I was going threw also but she was very calm about it and it calmed me down and helped me threw my problems. I would really love to see you collab with Kim from "THE WADS". Both of you are my fav lifestyle vloggers and you do a lot of similar content with slightly different feels. I use lock n lock from qvc for storing in Freezer instead of buying freezer bags. On your glass pans you put in freezer, can't you remove the meal after it is solid, then place in a pan to bake? Love watching , your personality and positivity is so refreshing.

Oh my! Those biscuit cups look sooooo yummy. I can’t wait to make those. I also love the idea of making freezer breakfast burritos. It’s just me and my husband but I’m sure this would save us so much money. My husband loves the frozen microwave burritos from Walmart but they run $8.99-$10.99 for 1 pack. That gets expensive when he eats 2 at a time 😅

you should also try that "souffle" in the crock pot using any type left over breads add in any type breakfast meats and a lot of eggs on low overnight. Its a great way to use up bread heals ect.

My family always used bread crusts to make stuffing, which we then froze to grab for thanksgiving or any other events throughout the year! It's a great way to use them up and it freezes really well.
