My XPS 210 (bought it in 2006) is up and running with Windows 10, changed processor to Intel(R) Core(TM)2 Quad CPU Q6700 @ 2.66GHz, Video Card 2GB NVIDIA GeForce GT 1030, Kingston 240GB SSD Drive, 8GB RAM, and it's working smoothly

Yes I agree it will work fine with this "Kingston 240GB SSD Drive" if it was a conventional hard drive it would be slow
