I like how I've triggered people by putting on 4 scores, and they're ignoring the fact (which is already mentioned in the video) that this card spends too much mana but is not universal, uses too much output to make it actually work in real gameplay, is a legendary tier card, is hard to upgrade, and is not necessary to grind up. The most hillarious thing is that they blame me for being a "Summoner" user, even though I usually play spellcaster decks on the channel.
@@TsukinoKurenai it doesn’t fit in the Chinese meta where there are a lot of cards and echoes combos which are far superior, maybe in global it finds its spot into the meta, it can get buffed too.
@@hpmaswivel Quick answer: Because they're one-time cast and ended. You don't need to make a move or anything else like Zouwu, which needs at least two phases of preparation. -Thundestorm, cast it, and wait for it to hit your target. You are free to do anything, even spend mana on another card. -Wizbang is high mana, yes, but it doesn't need a movement card or other combo card than Inflatus or Incarcerous. Also, said two cards have the same amount of damage done in a few ticks of time or have great passive. Just imagine if Ridgeback is hatched from afar, at the backline of the opponent, a Whizbang can technically kill it in full hit instantly, or Thunderstorm can reduce its healing speed and make it easier to kill after it reaches your side. However, Zouwu's first hit surely cannot kill that monster; you need to move to get another two hits, and your opponent may already have enough time and mana to do something. So, the main points of "movement card" and "card that you need to prepare for" and "how fast damage and passive trigger" are making things different.
No, the card can't be arranged by tier since it's has too many way to use in form of combo and mode, however echo is, which we always usually do by the beginning of new season.
Agree this card deserves its 4/10. It only fits on 1 deck (hermy duo TS/Zouwu), when frisbee comes out TS/Sectum is nearly as good and it's better in solos. Zouwu is considered the best duos Hermione deck in China but few play it cause unless you're a whale it's not economically smart to invest in. And it nerfs Dumbledore.
I wouldn't say "few used" and "fits in only 1 deck" is a great index when ranking a card though, you can say it's not "worth" pulling, or it costs too much money, but you can't say it's not strong. Avada is a decent deck in solo, avada only fits in dobby and few used, still strong
How does it nerfs Dumbledore? I actually like playing Dumbledore but I never really know which card to use when I only get the best spells. Wizzbang : you need inflatus before in order to use it properly. Glacius maxima is a bad choice as you often don"t have any companion left (and probably not the multiple ones). Thunderstorm lacks damage late game if they spam summons (spoiler alert, everybody spams summons these days). Orb of water is cool. But you use 3-4 of them and you run out of steps (even if I play Snitch + manticore moves). And Orb of waters is good vs summons but doesn't do that much damage (and can be interruped). Zouwuu seems a good spell for damaging the opponent wizards AND deal with summons and does a good amount of damage (and uses less steps than Orb of Water). But I may be completely wrong or I don't have a good strat with Dumbledore echo late game. What is your advice ?
@@aurelienleroy1173 it's not a nerf, it's a double-edged sword. You'll get access to a super strong cleaning card (zouwu), but from now on you have a small chance of not getting what you want, because now there's 5 card in the 6~7mp category, so one will be left out
@@hpmaswivel oh I see. If you only want the same card (whatever it is), you're not sure to get it. But Zouwuu is still an upgrade in term of choice in the end.
It is a different type of deck, but I personally think Zouwu deck would be easier to do damage since it's has 3 phases to attempt, unlike wizzbang, which you miss, you fail.
Spellcaster time was right, but as summoner myself, it's usefull as long you mixed your deck. But this one got a little bit annoying for the circle, the 3rd circle my concern.
