【氣候信息披露為可持續發展帶來機遇】
團結香港基金於5月13日與香港綠色金融協會（HKGFA）及CDP合作，舉辦了一場專門針對上市公司、企業和可持續發展市場服務供應商的研討會。本研討會旨在協助上市公司理解香港交易所即將於2025年1月1日實施的國際可持續準則理事會（ISSB）氣候信息披露要求，從而確保企業能充分準備和適應監管變動。
HKGFA秘書長陳俊杰先生致歡迎辭，並表示應把握氣候信息披露帶來的機遇。
Head of Capital Markets (APAC), CDP、Corporate Workstream Representative, HKGFA Dennis Wan先生發表研討會介紹，他認為信息披露是邁向公開透明的第一步。
ISSB主席特別顧問、國際財務報告準則基金會北京辦公室主任張政偉先生以視頻形式介紹ISSB標準概述、各地區進展和最新發展概況，並強調信息披露對市場的運轉舉足輕重。

【Climate-Related Disclosure Brings Opportunities for Sustainable Development】
On 13th May, Our Hong Kong Foundation partnered with the Hong Kong Green Finance Association (HKGFA) and the CDP to host a workshop specifically tailored for listed companies, corporate entities, and sustainability market service providers. The workshop was designed with the objective to align the operations of listed companies with the imminent International Sustainability Standards Board (ISSB) climate disclosure requirements, which will be effective from 1 January 2025, set forth by HKEX. This initiative has been integral in boosting corporate preparedness for upcoming regulatory shifts.
Mr Tsun Chen, Secretary General of HKGFA, delivered a welcome remark, and mentioned the importance of seizing the opportunities presented by climate-related disclosure.
Mr Dennis Wan, Head of Capital Markets (APAC), CDP, and Corporate Workstream Representative, HKGFA, delivered an introduction of the workshop. He regarded the disclosure as the first step towards transparency.
Mr Zhengwei Zhang, Special Advisor to the Chair of ISSB, and Director of Beijing Office, International Financial Reporting Standards Foundation, introduced the overview on ISSB Standards, Adoption Progress Across Jurisdictions and the latest development by video. He emphasized the significance of the disclosure for functioning markets.
