I love how nicely curved that sword is. You don't often see Japanese swords with such a dramatic curve. Is this sword specially made for this technique? How does it work exactly? Looks cool as hell!
I think the sword has a tube for a flamable liqued. When he swings the sword the liqued goes out from tube and then it ignites of the flame that is on the sword.
This is actually such a cinematic video with the way the fire spreads and works off the katana. Ignoring the entire Hinokami Kagura, I really like the concept of this in itself. Though, I think this is more of a show type of thing, and I don’t know how useful this would be in any sort of real altercation.
@@Square1nes yes but it also hinders your own ability to see the enemy if you aren’t perfect with it, and you can also burn or hurt yourself pretty easily.
Sorry, but that might be an endurance-type breathing technique that they're using, definitely not flame breathing though, you'd hear it if they were. Flame breathing uses primarily deep inhales through the nose, and fast exhales through the mouth. So, now you know. Have a wonderful day.
